Quality Assurance Program

Our Quality Assurance Program (QAP) and our management approach are tightly integrated and driven by our willingness to embrace innovation and continuous improvement in order to maximize benefits and minimize risk.  Phantom Eagle’s QAP is designed to ensure all services meet or exceed the mission and performance requirements for each of our contracts that we support.  While our over-arching QAP ensures standardization of common processes across all contracts including our SeaPort-e contract, the Quality Control Plan (QCP) is implemented at the task order level and is tailored to the specific requirements of each performance work statement.  The QCP defines a task order-specific approach to our quality assurance principles as established in our overall program.  Our QCP integrates the elements of planning, scheduling, budgeting, and performance metrics to monitor actual progress against planned task order requirements.  Our quality processes, repeatedly proven through successful use on many contracts, enable the program management organization to monitor quality, identify and correct deficiencies quickly, and continuously improve performance.
